1. Can I mount the module on an RV, balcony, or garden shed?

It is more suitable for balconies, garden sheds, fences, or light roofs. Do not fold or bend sharply. Please note the junction box on the back: not suitable for all RVs or boats. Mount without tension and securely.

2. Why does my solar module not charge or only very weakly?

Performance depends on sun, angle, shade, temperature, and connection. Even partial shading significantly reduces output. Check positive/negative, MC4 connectors, and if voltage/current match the storage or inverter.

3. Does no output mean the module is defective?

Not necessarily. With too little light or without a suitable electrical load, no output is often displayed. A full battery, incorrect input voltage, or protection functions of the connected device can also prevent charging.

4. How do I test the solar module correctly?

Test each module individually in direct midday sun and without shade. Measure the open-circuit voltage at the MC4 connectors with a multimeter. For support, please send photos or a short video of the test setup.

5. Can I return the module if it does not work?

Yes, according to EU law, returns are possible within 14 days. However, we do not cover return shipping costs. For quality problems, please send photos or videos. Many cases are caused by shade, incorrect connection, or incompatibility.
