What products do you offer and what are they suitable for? product
We offer plug-and-play balcony energy storage systems, modular home storage systems (S2400 series), flexible and lightweight solar panels, and accessories (smart plugs, inverter adapters, smart meters). Our systems are primarily designed for single-family homes, apartments with balconies, and RVs — ideal for grid-connected supplemental power, emergency power, and self-consumption optimization.

Which inverters/home energy systems are your storage systems compatible with? compatibility
Our S2400 series supports AC-coupled setups and is compatible with common micro and string inverters. Compatibility lists can be found on the respective product page. For special cases (e.g., older inverters), we recommend checking the datasheet or contacting support with your model details.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take within Germany / EU? / Typical delivery times within Germany / EU? Shipment
If shipping is within Germany, the processing time is usually 1-2 working days.
For orders within the EU (outside of Germany), please allow approximately 3-5 working days – our warehouse will take care of the international express shipping.
For deliveries outside the EU (for example to Great Britain or Switzerland), processing may take approximately 7-10 working days, as customs clearance is required.

Returns, Warranty & Right of Withdrawal
What warranty do you offer? guarantee
Standard warranty: 24 months against product and manufacturing defects (excluding wear parts). Additional performance guarantees apply to battery systems (e.g., cycles or remaining capacity) — see the warranty statement and data sheet for details on each product.

How does the 14-day return policy work for private purchases? Cancellation
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging (exceptions: opened batteries, custom-made items). Installation & Technical Support
Do I need an electrician for the installation? installation
For simple plug-and-play balcony solutions, an electrician is often not required; however, in cases of uncertainty or permanent installations (e.g., fixed connection to meter/inverter), we recommend installation by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations (e.g., VDE).

Troubleshooting: Unit won't power on Support

Safety, Transport & Recycling
How do I dispose of/recycle old batteries? recycling
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Take used batteries to municipal collection points or return them to your retailer/service partner. For larger battery systems, we offer take-back solutions—contact our support team for collection options.

Payments, VAT & B2C Questions
What payment methods do you accept? payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, instant bank transfer/Klarna, and SEPA direct debit (for registered customers). Invoicing for business customers can be arranged individually.

How is VAT handled for deliveries abroad? Steer
Deliveries within the EU to private customers are generally subject to German VAT (19%). For business customers with a valid VAT ID, delivery can be net (reverse charge). Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes.
