Cancellation policy

  1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods .
  1. Cancellation form
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
  1. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
  1. Return costs
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods , unless we have agreed to cover these costs or the goods are of a quality defect. (Section 357 (6) of the German Civil Code (BGB))
