1. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer according to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

In the event of a cancellation, you will bear the direct costs of the return shipment (Section 357 (6) BGB).

2. Voluntary return policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the following voluntary return option:

30 days return for quality defects from receipt of the goods.
Photo or video evidence of the defect is required before returning the item.
The exclusions listed below apply to this voluntary arrangement.

3. Exclusions from the right of return

Returns are excluded in the following cases:

Significantly used, installed or activated products,
Damaged or swollen lithium batteries,
Improper handling, installation or repair by unauthorized personnel,
Specially manufactured or customer-configured products.

4. Return process

Contact: Report your return by email to info@apollosolarenergy.de , stating the order number, product, and reason for return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: You will receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and shipping instructions.
Packaging: Please use the original packaging or an equivalent transport security device. For large batteries, we provide packaging instructions upon request.
Shipping: Returns are only accepted to the address provided by us. Returns without postage paid will not be accepted.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method used.
Shipping costs for the return shipment will only be refunded within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal.
For voluntary returns outside the right of withdrawal, shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Special information on products containing lithium batteries

Due to hazardous goods regulations, batteries and energy storage devices can only be returned via special, certified transport services. Any additional costs – except in cases of proven defects – are borne by the customer.
