The support team will first perform a remote diagnosis :

  • In case of software problems, an online update can be the solution.
  • Hardware defects will be replaced free of charge in accordance with the warranty conditions.

Sunpura provides a free return shipping label for returns. The replacement device will also be delivered to your home address free of charge .

Please note: If the delivery address is in a different country than the original order address , Sunpura will individually check the shipping options and any additional costs.

The 10-year warranty includes the free replacement of defective components. The warranty period of the replacement device corresponds to the remaining warranty period of the original product .
